All Laced Reverie orders are dispatched from London, United Kingdom. We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland and Hong Kong SAR.

Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are estimates based on our available courier services. Final shipping charges are confirmed at checkout.

DISPATCH

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information and a link to follow your parcel. Please allow time for tracking updates to become available, as courier systems may take several hours to reflect shipment activity.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

United Kingdom & International — All Laced Reverie orders are processed and dispatched from London, United Kingdom. We do not operate warehouses or dispatch facilities in any other country.

Orders are processed on working days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. Delivery estimates apply from dispatch and do not include order processing time. Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by our couriers and may be affected by customs clearance, local delivery operations, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We aim to dispatch all orders as promptly as possible. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, tracking information will be provided where available.

DUTIES & TAXES

United Kingdom — All UK orders are dispatched from London, United Kingdom. Applicable UK taxes are included in the product prices where required, and no international import duties apply to standard domestic UK deliveries.

United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland & Hong Kong SAR — All international orders are dispatched directly from our London, United Kingdom location. Depending on your destination, orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, local taxes or handling fees imposed by the destination country's authorities.

Where applicable duties and taxes are collected at checkout, these will be included in the amount displayed before payment. Where charges are not collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for paying any applicable import duties, customs fees or local taxes upon delivery.

Laced Reverie is not responsible for additional import charges imposed by customs authorities or third-party carriers where these charges are legally payable by the recipient. We recommend checking your country's import requirements before placing an order.
