We reserve the right to discontinue products, introduce new collections or limit product availability. Once an order has been accepted, the agreed purchase price will not be increased without the customer's agreement or another lawful basis.
We may temporarily suspend website functions for maintenance, security updates or technical reasons. We are not responsible for interruptions that are beyond our reasonable control where we have not breached a legal or contractual obligation. Nothing in this section affects customers' rights regarding orders already accepted or products already purchased.
SECTION 5 — PRODUCTS, AVAILABILITY AND PURCHASE CONDITIONS
All Laced Reverie products are available exclusively through our online store. All products are subject to availability, and quantities may be limited. We reserve the right to restrict quantities purchased by an individual customer, household or account where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, unauthorised resale or abuse of purchasing limits. We may discontinue garments or collections at any time.
Product Presentation: we make reasonable efforts to present our garments accurately through photographs, descriptions and sizing information. Minor variations in appearance may occur due to lighting, display settings and normal manufacturing tolerances. Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing and garment information before completing their purchase. Ordering an unsuitable size does not, by itself, constitute a product defect. However, applicable change-of-mind cancellation and return rights may remain available.
Optional Gift Packaging: where available, customers may choose to purchase the Laced Reverie Gift Box for an additional £7.49, or the amount displayed at checkout in the selected currency. This is an optional purchase and is charged only where selected by the customer. If a customer purchases gift packaging and subsequently requests a return or refund, the treatment of the gift box is governed by our Refund Policy. Where the customer seeks a refund for the gift box, it must be returned in accordance with that policy and applicable law. Where the customer returns the garment but retains the separately purchased gift box, the gift-box charge will ordinarily remain payable.
Returns and Product Protection: Laced Reverie garments may be supplied with a security or tamper-evident return tag intended to help protect the integrity of our products. Customers should leave this tag attached until they are satisfied with their purchase. Our Refund Policy explains the requirements relating to security tags, garment condition, original packaging, gift boxes and return eligibility. We reserve the right to inspect returned products and assess signs of wear, alteration, damage or excessive handling. A refund may be rejected or reduced to reflect an actual reduction in the value of returned goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

SECTION 6 — ACCURACY OF BILLING, ORDERS AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before acceptance where there is a legitimate reason, including insufficient stock, failed payment authorisation, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or an obvious pricing error. We may limit or refuse orders that reasonably appear to have been placed for unauthorised resale, fraudulent activity or circumvention of purchase limits. These restrictions may be assessed using information such as customer accounts, payment methods, billing addresses, delivery addresses and order history, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
Order Acceptance: placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. Unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier, an order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation. If an order cannot be accepted, we will notify you where reasonably possible and arrange reimbursement of any payment already collected for that order. Where a genuine pricing or listing error is identified before acceptance, we may decline the order and provide the customer with the correct information. We will not retrospectively increase the agreed price of an accepted consumer order without a lawful basis.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate amendments before dispatch, although changes may not always be operationally possible once fulfilment has begun.
Payment: available payment methods are displayed at checkout and processed through Shopify and supported payment service providers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. We reserve the right to carry out reasonable payment verification and fraud-prevention checks where necessary. We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every customer, country or transaction.

Available delivery destinations, services and shipping charges are subject to the options presented at checkout. We will not provide inaccurate customs declarations, deliberately undervalue merchandise or incorrectly classify commercial purchases as gifts. If an international shipment is refused or remains uncollected because a customer declines properly disclosed import charges, any resulting return, storage or handling costs will be addressed in accordance with applicable law and the terms disclosed before purchase.
Returns: for change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs where stated in our Refund Policy. International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for eligible change-of-mind returns to the United Kingdom, except where applicable law or an express agreement requires otherwise. Where goods are faulty, incorrect or misdescribed, the remedies and return-cost obligations required by applicable consumer law will apply.
